The hotel had friendly and exceptional staff members. the room was clean with comfortable beds and nice hot showers. - the location was great, very close to a bus stop. - the food was excellent and brilliant.

The rooms are fantastic, and they provide hypoallergenic and down pillows, there are gates, and the hotel's location in town is splendid with a festival nearby, making it very convenient.

The hotel staff were so chill and full of good vibes. They hooked us up with all the deets on the best clubs and bars in Saas-Grund. And the slope action was off the hook! We shredded it at the Saas-Fee Ski Resort and had a blast at the Snowpark Saas-Grund. Best. Winter. Ever!

The only thing we wished for was a happening nightclub right at the hotel. It would've been dope to have a place to party all night without having to stumble too far.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Adler. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was beautiful, surrounded by mountains and close to walking paths. The staff treated me like family, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The free bus pass included with our stay made it easy and affordable to visit all the attractions, such as the fun playgrounds, the cool indoor pool, and the exciting adventure park. The kids absolutely loved it!

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had a designated play area for children.

the hotel, though old, was well maintained and spotlessly clean. the staff, especially Hermelinde at the reception, were friendly, kind, and always ready to provide helpful hints about the region. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a double room and enjoyed the comfortable accommodation. the food at the hotel was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We also appreciated the Saastaal card, which allowed us to travel on buses for free and provided discounts on lifts and activities. One small touch that made our Easter weekend special was receiving colored eggs and chocolate bunnies at breakfast. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

Mind-blowing service from Linda the manager, who went above and beyond to help us organize our day. Super well-maintained and the staff were jaw-droppingly accommodating. The location is a bit off, but the free shuttle service and bus stop right outside made it easy to explore. Free welcome drink, sauna, and table tennis were major bonuses. Definitely recommend for a fantastic stay!
